To soverom, 1 bad og stue/kjøkken. Tv og internet inkludert i prisen. Garasjeplass i garasjeanlegg. Ligger perfekt til, både til å gå tur, løpe og ski turer. Løypeanlegget Ustedalsfjorden ligger rett ved leilighetene. Glimrende for langrenns interesserte. Felles smørebod med mulighet for prepping av ski. Sentrum ligger ca 500m unna leiligheten så her er det ikke stress uten bil. Fin utsikt til sentrum og skibakkene.
Vi har gang med god plass til og henge fra seg klær og sko. Stuen har tv, sofa, spisebord, lydplanke og lystette gardin. Kjøkken har alt man trenger til og lage ett godt måltid. Det har integrerte hvitevarer og her inngår: micro, kjøleskap, fryser, stekeovn, oppvaskmaskin.
Soverommene ha plass til to stk, begge har god skap plass til klær og annet diverse utstyr. Balkongen har en stor og god sofa, hvor man kan nyte gode kvelder ute, under varmelampe som henger på vegg. På badet har vi dusj, vaskemaskin/tørketrommel og godt lys i speil over vask.
