This fantastic 100m2 apartment is the perfect space to spend long periods, for its spacious distribution and variety of environments and has just been recently completely renovated. It is on the first floor of a stately building of the early twentieth century, protected by its beauty and antiquity, with a goal. The area is very quiet and safe and is very well connected. Spacious and bright, its ceilings are high, with moldings, and its floors feature wonderful modernist, rescued and recycled hydraulic tiles. Four balconies allow sunlight to enter throughout the day.
Blasco is a quiet and bright space divided into different environments. We cross the entrance hall, to access the spacious living room with integrated kitchen, fully equipped and a large balcony that overlooks a huge square with a park.
There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The beautiful main room is exterior, has two large balconies that are covered at night with the original wooden shutters, and has a double bed (150cm), a large antique closet, a bureau to read and write and enough room for a Cot, if necessary.
The second bedroom, the turquoise bedroom, has a double bed of 150 cm and a large bathroom "en suite" with a large shower.
The third bedroom, also exterior with a large balcony and wooden shutters, has a 160cm bed (with the possibility of transforming it into two 80cm beds), a work desk and a large front of fitted wardrobes.
