The main house has its own dedicated private outdoor area, partially enclosed by a fence that separates it from the cottage house. The cottage house is rented separately and may be occupied by another group during your stay. This home is not ADA accessible.

Our home’s location is perfect for those looking to get the best of both worlds; the hustle and bustle of the community center and the reprieve of an island getaway.
Beaver is located in the Historic District Near downtown, the home is about 2500-3000 steps to downtown
Getting Around:
Want to explore? We’ve got you covered. Downtown Nantucket is a brisk walk away, but if you’re looking to adventure to other parts of the island, there are several different transportation options near us. There are two bike rentals within a 15 minute walk from our home; Young’s Bicycle Shop and Sandy Pedals Bikes. But, if cycling isn’t your speed, Affordable Rentals is also a 15 minute walk away in Downtown. Just remember to bike safely and wear a helmet!
