Classic 2 storey coastal haven beach house; a short stroll to beautiful Lancelin bay, shops, bakery & Tavern. Fantastic skate park a short walk for the kids. Hop, skip & a jump to stunning sand dunes. Relax & enjoy your coffee on the balcony in the morning sun.
Other features include a 'Sports Lounge' downstairs with pool table, another big TV, Wi-Fi, gas BBQ & wide grassy outdoor entertainment areas. Plenty of secure parking behind gates.
Please bring your own Towels, condiments & soaps, these are not provided.
The cleaning fee covers processing the linen and light clean generally, so we do ask for guests to be respectful, by leaving the residence clean and tidy as best possible.
Also the rubbish bins are emptied first thing Monday morning, so we are grateful if they can be shifted to the front left hand verge on a Sunday evening.
