Pacifico L218 is a three-bedroom condo that overlooks one of the sparkling swimming pools in Pacifico, a newly renovated condo community near Playas del Coco with resort-style amenities and access to a high-end beach club.
The Space:
From the third floor, this condo offers sweeping views of the lush mountains and palm trees in and around El Coco.
This condo features a chic, stylish design and an open-concept floor plan with a living room, dining area, and kitchen. The living room is furnished with a comfortable suede sectional and an armchair, as well as beautiful wood furniture, including a coffee table, end tables, and an entertainment center situated below a flat-screen TV. The room is decorated with modern artwork and decor and has a sliding glass door that opens onto a covered balcony furnished with two chairs and a small table.
The kitchen features granite countertops and a wraparound breakfast bar that seats six. The kitchen is well-lit, with two large windows, and features high-end wood cabinets and drawers as well as stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator and freezer, an oven and stovetop, a microwave, and a dishwasher. The kitchen also sits next to a circular dining table that can seat six.
The master bedroom includes a king-sized bed, a walk-in closet, a TV, and a sliding glass door leading to a private covered balcony overlooking the pool. This bedroom also has an ensuite bathroom with a double-sink vanity, wood cabinets and drawers, and a walk-in shower.
The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed and lots of closet space, and the third bedroom has a double bed. Both bedrooms have beautiful wood furniture and share a full bathroom with a single-sink vanity and a walk-in shower. The entire unit can sleep seven guests between the three bedrooms and the air mattress that can be inflated in the living room.
As a guest at Pacifico L218, you’ll have access to the property’s renovated outdoor spaces, including four sparkling swimming pools with lounge chairs, beach towels, and umbrellas, a hot tub, tennis and pickleball courts, and a children’s playground. The entire gated community is landscaped with lush greenery and tropical plants, creating a relaxing oasis, and it offers 24/7 security.
You’ll also have access to the Pacifico Beach Club for $35 per person (with $25 credited back for food purchases), which includes two infinity pools and fine-dining experiences at Blu Bar and Alma Santa Cocina Latina, and beachfront access. A complimentary shuttle service is also included from the condo to the Pacifico Beach Club.
This unit offers air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, and maid service upon request. This condo comes with a designated parking spot and can be accessed via a staircase, as there is no elevator in the building.
Pet-friendly policy
We welcome your furry friends at our property! Before you book, each pet must be verified and approved based on breed and size (max 35 lbs.), accompanied by a recent photo. A refundable pet fee of $200 per stay, along with an additional cleaning fee of $50 + 13% per pet, is required to ensure our home remains pristine for all guests. We allow up to two pets per reservation. Pets must be kept on a leash at all times in public areas within the property grounds.
