This home is fully air-conditioned and tiled, and boasts beautiful wood finishes, such as the lofty ceilings and skillfully carved bedroom doors. Secured with PVC windows and doors, including sliding doors that open to the pool terrace. The property is fenced and has an electronic alarm system and a security officer at the gate from 9 am to 9 pm every day.
The well-equipped kitchen is completed by a breakfast counter with stools and dining table for six. Two outside tables for four people each allow for al fresco dining.
The living room sits six people in comfortable couches around a smart TV (internet-connected) with Blu-ray player. One of the couches pulls out to a Full-size bed (suitable for children or small teenagers, not for adults).
The Master bedroom has a King-sized bed and its own smart TV (internet-connected), closet and ensuite bathroom. The Master Bathroom has a whirlpool (jetted) bathtub and a walk-in shower suitable for wheelchair entry. The second bedroom has a Double (Full) size bed, and the third bedroom has one King size bed.
