The master bedroom has a king bed, walk in wardrobe and ensuite.
The second bedroom has a queen bed and wardrobe, then the third bedroom is set up with two quality bunk beds that are suitable for children and adults.
The main bathroom has a shower and bathtub, with a separate toilet.
The garage is set up with table tennis and bar with stools for a fun family game night!
Adult & kids bikes available for use.
Heatpump for heating and cooling. We also have a stylish double sided gas fireplace, it is ducted which heats the bedrooms, perfect for winter!
Quality appliances including Nescafe Dolce Gusto coffee machine, air fryer, microwave, blender and everything you need to cook up a storm in this impeccably designed kitchen.
We have put in a freestanding gas hob and oven as well.
The lounge has a 55" smart tv with Freeview- Netflix and there is also unlimited fibre wireless internet.
The lounge and kitchen leads out onto a generous sized deck with lovely seating to enjoy the views.
Snells Beach is a beautiful location that is handy to many great attractions - beaches (10min walk to local), cafes/pubs, bush walks, wineries, Matakana, Kawau Island etc
