Whether you’re looking to get away with your family, friends or for a corporate retreat, you will not be disappointed! 5 minute walk to the main beach; 5-15 min walk to restaurants and a short drive to all the Costa Rican adventures. Approx 45 min drive from Liberia Airport. The house is fully fenced in, with private covered parking, and high-speed internet throughout. INTERIOR - First floor: Open concept living room and modern kitchen, stocked with everything you'd need to reheat leftovers or cook a gourmet meal. The large glass sliding doors, blend the outside with the inside and make the perfect backdrop. There's an additional powder room and laundry area with a full size washer/dryer for added convenience. The first floor also features a bedroom, which is perfect for those wanting extra privacy and/or not wanting to go upstairs. There's a private bathroom, with a stand up shower, and a queen and twin bed. Second Floor: There are 3 additional bedrooms, all with an en-suite. At the top of the stairs you'll find an open floor area perfect for yoga, kids playing, etc., a desk, for those looking to log on, and we've added a "baby" gate for those looking to contain little ones. EXTERIOR: The living area flows directly to the outside, where you have your own private oasis. Rinse off in the bamboo outdoor shower and dive into the refreshing pool, which features a Guanacaste wood swing and a sun shelf, perfect for keeping cool and/or kids play. Relax in one of the lounge chairs by the pool or in the hammock garden. The large U shaped seating area is a perfect place to hang and offers sun coverage and overhead fans. Enjoy al-fresco dining around the outdoor dining table and use the new gas BBQ. There's also a full bathroom in the carport for added convenience.
