The house is renovated, comfortable and very charming, very private, it enjoys absolutely splendid views of the sea and the mountains, Altea and Benidorm. The area is very quiet, and barely 5 min. drive from the village and its shops and restaurants, or golf Don Cayo and 10 minutes from the beach of Olla. The property is fully fenced and secure. The living room is large and bright with views, the 4 bedrooms are large with air conditioning, 3 with double bed and 1 with 2 beds, 1 bathroom and 1 shower room (2 hairdryers). The galley kitchen is very well equipped, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, gasinière, oven, microwave, coffee maker + Nespresso, electric kettle, blender, toaster.
