Positive: The location is absolutely unbeatable, offering stunning views and easy access to the city center and various grocery stores, making everything incredibly convenient. The property is spotless and well-maintained, with a fully equipped kitchen that has everything you need. Entertainment options are excellent, including a TV with a variety of programs, as well as toys for kids and a selection of board games for quality family fun. Overall, a fantastic stay that combines comfort, convenience, and entertainment!

Negative: There are a few drawbacks to note. First, the apartment is located on the third floor (two floors up) without an elevator, which can be challenging for elderly guests or those with mobility issues. Second, the toilet's flush tank takes a long time to refill, making consecutive flushes somewhat inconvenient. Lastly, the hot water supply can run out quickly if multiple people shower back-to-back, so it's helpful to plan showers accordingly and allow some time for the system to recover. Despite these minor issues, the overall experience was enjoyable.

Summary: It is a very cozy and lovely place to stay. I highly recommend
