Summary: Everything was pretty good actually. The staff are very accommodating and they allow late checkout with a nominal fee. The only concern I had was the noise. They were installing an air conditioning system and they worked during the day when I was in the room testing so it was a little disturbing. Otherwise the hotel is in a very ideal location to Nippori fabric town and other food and drinks.
