Negative: Would have been nice to know it was a 4 story walk up with no elevator since we had a lot of luggage but other than that the place was very nice, clean, comfortable and conveniently located near Shibuya Scramble Crossing. The host was also especially accommodating. Definitely would stay again (as long as I am not traveling with more than 7 bags).
