Holiday home perfect for an active family holiday! Pets are also welcome. The house is located right next to a campsite and therefore has lots of opportunities for play and activities. Well-maintained holiday home with free internet, a view of the fjord and plenty of room for two families. The first floor is divided into two bedrooms behind each other and two bedrooms next to each other, so that each family has its own sleeping area. On the ground floor, there is a spacious bathroom with shower, a well-equipped kitchen and a combined living/dining room with TV and access to an open and partly covered terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. Right next to the house there is a ball pit and in the summer also a large jumping pad. On the opposite side, there is a mini golf course and a playground suitable for the younger members of the family. Within walking distance, you will find a heated outdoor pool which is open in the summer, and there is only a few hundred meters to the tennis courts. You can hire a boat from the campsite for exciting swimming or fishing trips on the fjord. If you don't want to drive the boat yourself, you can call the taxi boat and take a trip to Stangholmen just outside Risør, where there are many concerts during summer. There are several beaches in the area as well as various hiking trails and excursion opportunities, for example to Jettegrytene on Sild, or you can visit one of the well-known southern towns along the coast. And if you don't feel like cooking yourself after all these activities, you can visit the nearby restaurant and just relax. We also recommend a visit to the saltwater aquarium in Risør (16 km) or the Maritime Museum in Gjeving (12 km). The Little Zoo with tropical rainforest on Brokeland Heia, approx. 30 km away, is also well worth a visit. At Nes Verk, 25 km away, there is a golf course and Ironworks Museum with tours of the Solberg mine. In winter, there is an illuminated skiing trail at Søndeled (20 km) and the Vegårshei Ski and Activity Center is only 33 km away. At the campsite, it is possible to use a washing machine for a fee. The guests need to clean the house themselves after the stay.
