This delightful small villa has been recently constructed in the plains of Marina, situated in a tranquil area with beautiful views of the countryside and the Mountains in the Pollensa area, including the Puig de Maria Monastery. Built on one level, makes it ideal for small families with children of all ages. It is furnished in a simple yet comfortable local style. Well equipped modern kitchen, gas cooker and electric oven, with an American Bar to the dining area. A covered terrace in the front accessed from the kitchen or the sitting room offers the perfect spot for the outside summer meals. This terrace continues to the side of the house but covered with overhead trellising. The pool is situated on the side of the house surrounded by a lawn and flower garden followed by almond, fig, olive, carob and some fruit trees. The front garden also with lawn area, cacti plants and flowers.
