Consider this cabin your home away from home while you visit Glen Murray. This welcoming retreat features one beautiful bedroom with a king bed, perfect for a restful night. Guests can stay cozy with the wood burner fireplace, wool blankets and sheepskin rugs, making it comfortable no matter the season. The seperate bathroom block offers everything you need to refresh after a day of exploring with a high pressure shower and endless hot water. Whether you’re unwinding inside or planning your next adventure, this cabin provides a peaceful and inviting spot to relax with a hammock or bean bags to soak up the views.. Enjoy your time in Glen Murray at our recently restored Glen Murray Polo Hut. The Glen Murray Polo Hut is located on the farm, approximately a kilometre from the road, easily accessible by car.
It is a single room with open plan kitchen, dining and bedroom.
There is a large king size bed with 100% cotton linen sheets and duvet, and wool blankets.
An efficient woodburner fire with plenty of firewood keeps it cosy.
Quaint 10m walk to the seperate bathroom block with high pressure gas shower.
Towels provided.
The kitchenette has all the standard kitchen utensils, crockery etc. with a single induction hob and Air fryer.
Breakfast provisions of fresh farm eggs and homemade muesli are complimentary.
Tea and coffee provided as well as a Nespresso machine and pods.
Small freezer tray for ice.
Gas BBQ and utensils. This is a working sheep and beef farm with the occasional sights and sounds of the farm activities The accommodation is private, over 200m from the farm house. The Glen Murray Polo Hut accommodation sits just in front of the farm woolshed. This is out of bounds for guests for safety reasons.
As are all farm implement sheds.
If more than 2 guests there is room to pitch tents.
There is plenty of room for parking of vehicles, horse trucks/floats.
If bringing horses there is an additional charge of $20 per horse. Guests are able to self check in with a lock box.
We live on the farm but are happy to leave guests to their own privacy.
