Positive: The location is great, right by the beach and next to the bus stop, and very close to the Benesse complex by foot. The yurts are comfortable and nicely decorated.

Negative: Although mentioned, note that the showers are really far away from the yurts, and the toilets are not super close either. A bit like a camping site.
