Positive: The view is great! The living space inside and the terrace outside are very nice. Also the location close to the beach and to Shimoda is very good.

Negative: According to the specs the house has four bedrooms, but that is not entirely fair. The room with the sleeping-couch is very small. The room with the double bed is not even a room, it is a space near entrance without the possibility to close it. So it is difficult to make it dark, and there is no privacy there. In addition the mattresses of the bunk bed were not very comfy. The amount of cutlery and glassware and such were a bit small for six people.
