Welcome to Monica II, enjoy this well-furnished house, set in a quiet residential area by the hillside of Benissa. Only 10 Min. drive separates us from the small cove “ Cala Baladrar” together with a beach bar, located on the coast road between Moraira and Calpe. The villa´s elevated position provides us with pleasant views over the Mediterranean landscape, surrounded by a vivid pine tree environment. Just a few Min. away, a couple of traditional Spanish restaurants can be explored to get a glimpse of the Mediterranean lifestyle.
The villa offers parking for a total of 2 cars, from where, steps lead us down toward the entrance of the accommodation, to the lower apartment and further steps lead us down to the private swimming pool forming the heart of the exterior, which is surrounded by sun beds together with an outdoor dining area and a BBQ, all encompassed by a vivid vegetation and a high degree of privacy. Monica II is a wonderful place to relax in this sun-filled atmosphere.
The interior´s entire accommodation of this two-storey holiday home is on the lower level, the top level remains closed and empty during the renting period. A couple of steps lead toward a traditionally furnished living/dining room with Sat+TV+DVD, followed by a fully equipped fitted kitchen. Finally, we found one twin bedroom and another double bedroom, both with A/C units and sharing a shower room. Further steps lead down to the private pool and its terraces.
